Kinfolk Collabs was built on a foundation of community, creativity, and connection.
Founded from a passion for anime, pop culture, and the communities that bring these worlds to life, Kinfolk Collabs exists to help bridge the gap between fans, creators, event organizers, businesses, and the industry professionals behind the stories we love.
We help build meaningful relationships between grassroots communities and industry leaders
WHAT WE OFFER

WHAT WE OFFER *
-
Our networking events are designed to create authentic connections between creatives, entrepreneurs, fans, and industry professionals in welcoming and accessible environments. Through initiatives like the Kinfolk Collab Mixer, we bring together individuals who may never otherwise have the opportunity to meet, fostering meaningful conversations, creative collaborations, and long-term relationships that extend far beyond the event itself.
-
The right introduction can open doors to new opportunities, collaborations, and growth. Kinfolk Collabs leverages its network to connect creators, businesses, community leaders, and organizations with potential partners whose goals, values, and audiences align. We focus on building relationships that are intentional, mutually beneficial, and designed to create lasting impact.
-
Many local businesses, event organizers, and fan communities have incredible ideas but limited access to the companies behind the intellectual properties they love. Kinfolk Collabs helps bridge that gap by facilitating introductions and conversations with licensors, studios, brands, and rights holders, creating opportunities for official collaborations, screenings, activations, exhibitions, merchandise programs, and community-driven events.
-
For clients with little or no experience working with licensors, studios, brands, or rights holders, we also provide support throughout the partnership process. From facilitating introductions and helping navigate negotiations to explaining common licensing practices, deal structures, and industry expectations, we help clients approach conversations with confidence and build professional relationships that are respectful, productive, and mutually beneficial.
-
We work with organizers, venues, businesses, and rights holders to develop experiences that bring fans together while creating meaningful engagement around a brand, property, or cultural moment. From screenings and panels to exhibitions, pop-ups, and community gatherings, we help create experiences that leave lasting impressions and foster deeper connections
Over the years, we've seen firsthand how passionate local communities can spark incredible opportunities. Yet too often, creators, entrepreneurs, and fan-driven events lack access to the licensors, studios, brands, and decision-makers who can help take their ideas to the next level. At the same time, many rights holders and companies are searching for authentic ways to engage with audiences and grow their communities.
Kinfolk Collabs exists to bring those worlds together.
